I seldom write reviews. However, I feel I must let other people know of my experience. I bought this about 18 months ago for my 05 Altima (tranny was permanently in 5th gear.) It worked great for about 18 months. However, earlier today, my wife called me told me the symptoms were back. Sure enough when I check car, code was back and tranny was stuck in 5th gear again.

I don't know if I should try to get a replacement (even though it is out of warranty) or if i should do what others have done here and go to Nissan and pay a pretty penny for one. (That may or may not be from the exact same factory.)
